The KitchenAid Professional stand mixer comes equipped with

Because of the powerful punching and rolling action of its
burnished PowerKnead spiral hook, the KP26M1X KitchenAid is
perfectly capable of dealing with double batches of bread
dough. Its professional bowl-lift design raises the bowl into
the mixing position for ease of handling.
Three attachments are included with the KP26M1X
KitchenAid:

- a burnished aluminium flat beater; and
- a PowerKnead spiral dough hook which can handle 20%
more dough than previous models.
An electronic speed sensor helps maintain a consistent
mixing speed while adding ingredients (pouring shield
provided). When overload is detected, the mixer shuts off
automatically to protect the motor.
Cleanup is easy, thanks to the seamless one-piece motor head
design. The KP26M1X KitchenAid features a multipurpose
attachment hub with a hinged hub cover which flips open,
allowing for easy installation of attachments.
